What happened, from record to consequence
Candidate SDSC0001645, Talliboina Ramu, and candidate SDSC0018737, Konidena Prudhviraj, each submitted a merit certificate from the Senior Inter-District Judo Tournament for Men and Women at the IGMC Stadium, Vijayawada, dated 1 December 2019.
Both certificates identify the +15 age group and men's -81 kg weight division. On both documents, the recorded place is second. The serial numbers are different, but the competition details, category and result position overlap. A single competition division ordinarily has one silver position unless the organiser created separately recorded pools or sub-divisions.
The bout draw and official result register must show whether there were separate pools, whether one certificate was corrected, or whether the same silver position was entered twice. Until those records are reconciled, both sports-quota evaluations cannot be treated as independently verified.
