CASE 02Date and format conflict

Five candidate certificates compared with event records · Judo - 2014 · 5 candidate records

Why do five certificates show different dates and a different format for the 2014 judo event?

COMPLETE CASE NARRATIVE

What happened, from record to consequence

The questioned files belong to Akkala Surekha, Nossam Karishma, Annepogu Swetharani, Shaik Imam Hussain and Hasavath Surya Nayak. Their judo certificates describe a Senior Inter-District Championship at Vijayawada and carry dates from 11 to 13 November 2014.

The same evidence bundle also contains comparison certificates presented as the authentic event format. Those records show 28 and 29 November 2014. The logo placement, border, wording, signatures and general layout differ from the five questioned certificates. The issue is therefore not a minor spelling variation: both the event dates and document template change.

The decisive answer must come from the association's 2014 calendar, tournament book, draw sheets, result list, certificate serial register and dispatch records. These records will show which dates are correct, which template was officially used and whether each certificate number was actually issued to the named candidate.

DOCUMENTED FACTS

The record, point by point

  • Five questioned certificates carry 11-13 November 2014 dates.
  • Comparison certificates carry 28-29 November 2014 dates.
  • The certificate layouts and signature blocks are visibly different.
  • All five questioned records were used in the sports-quota file set.
WHY THIS MATTERS

Event dates and certificate serials are basic authentication points. If either is wrong, the sports achievement and its place in the priority list must be rechecked from the issuing association's original register.

RECORDS THAT MUST BE RELEASED

Publish the event calendar, venue booking, draw sheets, winners list, certificate serial and dispatch registers, authorized-signatory list and each candidate's source-verification report.
