What happened, from record to consequence
The questioned records belong to Desavath Chandra Naik, Mitnasala Sudharani, Riazulla Nalbandhi and Dakoji Pandu. Each file contains a certificate referring to a Senior Inter-District Judo Championship at Khammam from 19 to 21 October 2013. Those dates, the venue and the senior category are the common foundation of all four records.
The Telangana Judo Association letter says the State Senior Inter-District Championship was conducted at Hyderabad on 28 and 29 December 2013 and that the Khammam event on 19-21 October was only for juniors. A separate Khammam District Judo Association letter, dated 4 July 2026, repeats that only the junior category was held at Khammam and says purported senior-category certificates for that event do not match the information available to the association.
G.O.Ms.No.47 requires the screening authority to confirm a certificate with the issuing body and to cross-check the medal or place through event records. If the event category itself is absent from the associations' records, the source-verification reply, evaluator note and final selection decision become essential. The case therefore asks how all four certificates passed verification and whether any selection was affected.
