The recruitment, in sequence
A concise chronology of the orders, examination, verification, selections and the later sports-quota rule revision.
Recruitment base and sports policy
G.O.Ms.No.27 entered the recruitment chain; Sports Policy 2024–29 later provided a 3% horizontal reservation for eligible sportspersons.
Sports-quota route and Mega DSC notification
G.O.Ms.No.4 and 47 set the sports-quota route without the written DSC exam; the next day, 16,347 posts were notified.
Tests, answer keys and scorecards
CBTs ran through 2 July; the preliminary key came on 5 July, the final key on 1 August, and scorecards on 11 August.
Verification, final lists and appointments
Seven verification rounds ended on 13 September; final lists followed on 15 September, grievance committees on 24 September and appointment orders on 25 September.
Sports-quota rules revised
Revised orders required sports-quota applicants in subsequent direct recruitment to qualify in the test prescribed by the recruiting agency.

How did senior-event certificates emerge for dates the associations describe as a junior-only Khammam meet?
Four anonymised certificate sets describe a Senior Inter-District Judo Championship at Khammam from 19–21 October 2013. Two supplied association letters say the Khammam event in that period was for juniors and place the state senior championship in Hyderabad on 28–29 December 2013.
The Khammam meet in that period was junior; the state senior event was in Hyderabad on 28–29 Dec 2013
No senior championship was conducted at Khammam on the dates printed on the certificates
Why do five certificate sets for one 2014 Judo championship carry different dates and a different format?
Five anonymised certificate sets describe a Senior Inter-District Judo Championship in Vijayawada from 11–13 November 2014. The supplied reference merit and participation certificates describe the first senior inter-district event on 28–29 November 2014 and use a visibly different design, wording and signature layout.

Four direct questions from YS Jagan
Which original event registers and certificate serial registers were checked before these records were accepted?
If the Khammam meet was junior-only, how did certificates describe it as a senior championship?
Why do the 2014 certificate sets show two date ranges and two visibly different formats for the Vijayawada event?
Will the government publish the association replies, evaluator notes and signed decision trail for independent scrutiny?

How did senior-event certificates emerge for dates the associations describe as a junior-only Khammam meet?
If these records were used in sports-quota scrutiny, which original event register and which association confirmation did the verification team rely on? The complete verification trail—not another verbal assurance—is needed to reconcile the contradiction.
Why do five certificate sets for one 2014 Judo championship carry different dates and a different format?
Were two separate senior events conducted in Vijayawada that month, or does one set fail to match the association’s source record? The answer should come from the event register, certificate serial register and the written verification trail used during recruitment.
